Part 2  chapters 3 Thesis: Chapter three focuses on the quantitative approach to research that focuses on numerical  information on subjects. Observations 1. While objectivity is key it is not actually possible to be completely objective in the real world because of peoples natural biases. "complete objectivity is rarely possible in social work research despite the many strategies that have been developed over the years to achieve it" ( Grinnell  61). We are only humans and humans make mistakes no mater how hard we try not to. 2. Evidence: 1. The knowledge a social worker must use comes from a variety of sources while understanding the changes different kinds of sources create.
